This package is a bottom unit seal kit for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. This kit intends to lubricate and seal the low-side oil seals and shaft studs of Johnson's 16-30 hp engines manufactured between 1958 and 1965, including the J&E 16, 18, and 20 hp motors, and the Johnson 23hp and 25hp lower units. This kit also works with our J&E 30 hp Outboard Motor Seals, which fit over your previous bottom unit upper assembly, might have been corroded over time if you didn't use this product instead.
