The ignition switch, often known as the starter switch or the start switch, has complete control over the vehicle. It is in charge of your vehicle's primary electrical systems, as well as accessories such as power windows, radio, headlights, interior cabin lights, and air conditioning. The ignition switch activates the voltage from the battery to the ignition coil to produce the engine spark when the key or a button is pressed. The starter solenoid is used in conjunction with the ignition switch to turn on an internal combustion engine's starter motor. The engine control unit reads data from numerous sensors and sends it to the ignition switch to regulate various actuators on the internal combustion engine to efficiently power the vehicle.
